My name is Leo Mejía, and I began my career in the commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning industry at the age of 19 in 2002.

Through dedication and hands-on experience, I built my career working with two well-known companies in Southern California, where I developed the technical expertise, discipline, and professionalism that define my services today.

In 2006, I became a Certified Commercial Hood Cleaner Technician through the Nevada State Fire Marshal. My certification remains active and is renewed every December to ensure continued compliance with the latest fire safety standards.
